Martin Latulippe/ Motivational Speaker

I heard this man speak, he was terrific and funny. One major thing I took from him is E + R = O, (Event + Response = Outcome. When life gets tough, as it does, we can decide how to react to the events in our lives for a more positive result. I am really trying to live this equation everyday by thinking before I react. There's an old saying, "don't sweat the small stuff" life is too short!
